Amir teaches technics taken from the ancient monastic tradition of yoga, blended & combined with the latest scientific understanding of psychology, physiology and anatomy.

Marco Giglio began his path as a competitive judo athlete, coach, and high school teacher, leading groups and developing an early sensitivity to the body and group dynamics.
After studying Sports Science and Education, he has worked for over a decade as a holistic health coach, guiding hundreds of people through processes that integrate body, nutrition, recovery, awareness, and nervous system literacy.
His path deepened through years of personal study in depth psychology. From there, he opened into a broader dimension of the soul’s journey, exploring processes of shadow work, self-authorization, state transformation, and initiation.
He is trained in various modalities, including somatics, depth psychology, BDSM dynamics, and shamanic sexuality, and continues to deepen his path through ongoing study and practice.
Through his work, he creates contained initiation spaces where slowing down becomes a doorway into the body—supporting nervous system literacy, inner alignment, and the cultivation of embodied clarity, boundaries, and self-leadership.

Kosma Music
Kosma has been passionate about music from an early age, using sound as a channel for expression, healing, and inner exploration. Over many years, he has been active in diverse musical projects across Switzerland, guided by a deep search for authenticity, meaning, and connection between body, mind, and soul.
Since 2018, his focus has been on musical improvisation and free movement, creating immersive journeys through sound and rhythm. Using instruments such as handpan, didgeridoo, percussion, vocals, and flute, Kosma invites participants into a dynamic and intuitive experience—embracing both depth and playfulness, and responding to the energy of the moment.
He has been devoted to the handpan since 2016 and now facilitates workshops and retreats for both beginners and advanced players throughout Switzerland.

The massage part will remove old patterns, old trauma and stuck energy. The psychological part will serve to create a new space for what is stuck in the body.
